February 10, 2008	King Shark Entertainment, LLC releases "PATIENT 12" trailer In 2004, Nathan Black, the son of two prominent doctors, commits a string of horrible and gruesome murders. He is captured by police and committed to the NOMAD asylum for the criminally insane.
